Return Policy and Conditions

WE ONLY ACCEPT RETURN WITHIN 14DAYS OF PURCHASE
(Please also refer to the specific product page that you are ordering…information regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges on the product page may overrule our existing policy. There are some circumstances (custom production, pre-order, final sale) where the following policy does not apply.)

Non-delivery of the product: Due to an issue with the mail or courier service, you do not receive a delivery e-mail from us. Depending on the price of the product, https://huskysmith.com may require you to first submit proof that you have submitted a report to the mail service or courier company describing the missing item;

Returns are allowed for both Made-to-Order and our Ready-to-Order Shoe range. Made-to-Order Shoe range can be returned but refunds will be issued onto our gift voucher cards to be used with us. Our Ready to wear orders can be returned unworn and in very good condition as new within 14days and wherever refunds are appropriate, it will be issued back to the customer accordingly. The exchange is also possible if we have the required size in stock.

Unworn, Original, New Condition

We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original, new condition. We have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high-quality products we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on all Husky & Smith products that have not been worn or have not had labels removed.

Please Note: Socks are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW worn items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.

EXCHANGES (only offered on non-sale items, within 30 days)

If the size you received does not fit you, we are happy to help you return them for our store gift voucher order to reorder the correct size and make sure you are comfortable in your Husky & Smith products. To receive a store gift voucher for your exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of receiving your shoes. Requests after this point will be denied. We offer free exchanges in United Kingdom U.K., unless otherwise noted on certain products (namely pre-orders and seconds). If you wish to exchange your product and are an international customer, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping.

Free exchanges are offered within the UK & Ireland if products are unworn and brand new. Only one free exchange/return per order. For example, if you exchange for another pair and that size doesn’t fit you either, the shipping cost for a second exchange is then paid by the customer.

For exchanges for more than 20 days from purchase date but less than 30 days, you will need to contact customer support to receive a shipping label. Contact us at support@huskysmith.com.

If your merchandise is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged the cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount. For example, if you purchase a pair of shoes for £200 and we ship the shoes to you for £50, you will not be refunded the shipping costs. By purchasing from Husky & Smith you understand that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country. Husky & Smith is not responsible for any customs fees or duties.

If you return an international purchase, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase less the shipping cost. International shipping cost is non-refundable, as that was the total to ship the initial order to you.

Return:
All products must be shipped back unworn and with labels on in the original packaging and the packaging must not be defaced in any way or a refund will not be issued. The returned items will be inspected to see if they qualify for a refund. Damaged merchandise or products with labels removed will not be refunded and you will be invoiced the appropriate amount to cover the cost of shipping the shoes back to you.

Husky & Smith will not be responsible for returns lost in transit.

To our international customers, please bear it in mind to mark your return package as “RETURN, NO REFUND”. We cannot take responsibility for duties etc.

You will receive your store gift voucher with 48hours after we have received your products. to us.

Handling
All products handling duration is about 24hours before items it is out for delivery. This is only applicable to working days only, a bank holiday.

Lost Package
We have very credible partners that have grown a tough skin in the business to look after the logistics of all purchases. This is between DHL, TNT or FedEx.
